Your CV

• Using our NQ Pack, we will work with you to create or amend your CV to ensure that our clients can see a clear reflection of your traineeship and experience in the industry so far.

• We will discuss with you any opportunities which we believe you would be interested in or suitable for based on our conversations and your traineeship experience.

• We will never send your CV out to any of our clients without your consent beforehand. This level of consent is crucial to our relationship with our candidates.

The Interview

• When you are invited to interview with a client, we will prepare you through 1-1 meetings and tailored interview prep using our years of experience with each client.

• If an offer is made from the client, we will negotiate the best possible offer on your behalf and ensure you are happy with the final offer before you accept – congratulations!
